In addition to secure, online ordering, we are also available to take your order by phone at (866) 724-4240 phone orders may be placed from 9AM - 4PM Eastern Standard Time most weekdays. If we are not available, please leave your name and a number where you can be reached, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
We accept checks, VISA and MasterCard only.
We ship daily! Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We primarily ship using Media Mail rate with the US Postal Service. When possible we will try to ship via Priority Mail. Please keep in mind that during the summer months we are traveling to conventions, so your order may be delayed just a few days until we get home to ship it! We appreciate your patience :-)

We hope you are satisfied with everything you purchase from Homeschooling From the Heart! However, if you need to return an item for any reason, you may do so!
You may return any item within 30 days from our shipping date for a full refund of the price of the item IF the item is returned in new condition. After 30 days we except items back in new condition and extend a store credit for the purchase price. No returns will be accepted beyond 90 days. Please understand that we can not offer refunds for items returned in non-salable condition. When packaging returns, please use a sturdy box, do not use newsprint for wrapping/packing as it leaves marks on books.
Please contact us before returning any item.
If your initial order qualified for free shipping and your return causes your total to fall under the $150 threshold, you will be assessed the shipping charges for that initial order. If you return your entire order that qualified for Free Shipping, your refund will be for your purchase minus the cost of shipping the items to you.
